Thermotech supplied waterborne floor heating when the fire-ravaged apartments on Trädgårdsgatan 5 in Landskrona were restored and converted into condominiums.

About the project
It was in March 2018 that the house, built in 1910, on Trädgårdsgatan in central Landskrona started to burn. The roof collapsed and several apartments were destroyed.
The property owner HSB Landskrona chose to convert the nine apartments into condominiums. The beautiful facade was fortunately saved, but inside everything has been torn down and new trusses and joists have been built.
