Thermotech's policy for personal data

Thermotech Scandinavia AB complies with the requirements of the data protection regulation also called GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

GDPR

The new data protection regulation applies from 25 May 2018 and includes, among other things, that you get better control over what personal data companies and organizations have about you.

 

We process the personal data of all our customers, partners, suppliers and employees in accordance with the data protection regulation and with the greatest respect for personal integrity.

 

Thermotech never sells personal data on to third parties. We never hand over or process data to another unauthorized party. Personal data that is processed by third parties is of such a nature as to be able to fulfill an agreed service or product. This information may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, e-mails, positions or titles.

 

Storage

No storage of personal data takes place in a so-called third country (countries outside the EU/ESS). Thermotech collaborates with a Swedish supplier for design and drawing projects that conducts consulting activities in India. Personal data that may be processed outside the EU/ESS is limited to name, address or property designation. All processing takes place under confidentiality and meets all security requirements.

 

Your data may be used for the following purposes: Energy and underfloor heating related services and products, legal purposes, customer surveys, customer relationship messages and offers of services and products that we believe may be of interest to you. Or that other Swedish legislation requires certain information to be stored, e.g. the Accounting Act. Transfer of information or transparency to third parties such as e.g. authorities.

 

We place the same high demands on our suppliers and personal data assistants that we ourselves comply with regarding the processing of personal data and that they follow the requirements of the data protection regulation.
