Elite residential complex in St Petersburg
Waterbon underfloor heating system and Thermotech pipe system have been applied to four showrooms in the elite residential complex "Leontief Cape".
Interiors of showrooms were created by the famous designer Philippe Starck.

Because of the small temperature difference between the floor surface and the room temperature in the pool, underfloor heating system can't play the role of the main heating system. The main heating load is carried by ventilation. This solution is a standard for water parks, spa centers and swimming pools.

The total heated area is 1213 m2.
The main heating system - waterborne underfloor heating system was mounted on several levels. The source of heat is heating network. The entire heating amount was divided into "functional" zones with three group manifolds with individual heating controllers. Manifold cabinets were hidden in niches and entered into design.

The total heated area is 3600 m2.
To maintain the constant floor temperature in the area around the pool, thermostats with floor sensors were used. Because of the small temperature difference between the floor surface and the room temperature in the pool underfloor heating system can't play the role of the main heating system. The main heating load is carried by high-temperature system (radiators and ventilation). This solution is a standard for water parks, spa centers and swimming pools.
